Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings consists of inner ring , outer ring and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since they have the maximum possible number of rolling elements, these bearings have extremely high radial load carrying capacity and high rigidity , and they are very suitable for particularly compact designs. Due to the kinematic conditions, however, they can not achieve the high speeds like using cylindrical roller bearings with cage.
Single row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are semi-locating bearings.
DY bearings have lower roughness Ra and higher geometrical accuracy of the raceways than standard designs. As a result, DY bearings have higher load carrying capacity and longer service life among the same dimension bearing.
Allowable inclination angle
If the relative tilt angle of the inner and outer ring does not exceed the following values, the bearing's rated life will not be significantly reduced.
The tilt angle of SL1818 series bearings is 4’.
The tilt angle of SL1923, SL1822, SL1829 and SL1830 series bearings is 3’.
Axial loading carrying capacity
Semi-locating centripetal cylindrical roller bearings can support radial force and one direction axial force.
The axial load carrying capacity is dependent on:
1.the size of the sliding surfaces between the ribs and the end faces of the rolling elements
2.the sliding velocity at the ribs
3.the lubrication on the contact surfaces
4.the inclination of bearings
