Double Direction Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearing

Double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings is separable precision bearing. consist of shaft washer , spacer ,housing washers ,ball and brass cage assemblies. Every part is match each other ,can be mounted separately. However the part is can not exchange on  the same dimension bearing .

The contact angle is 60°,So high stiffness direction angular contact thrust ball bearings can accommodate high double direction axial loads .This kind double direction precision bearings especially application on the machine tool spindle , on this working condition double direction angular contacted thrust ball bearing and conical dual-row roller bearings composite use .

Two kind design
Double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings have two kind design. 2344 series application mounted on the small tapered shaft end, 2347 series application mounted on the large shaft end . These series bearing have same outside diameter dimension as cylindrical roller bearing NN30..-AS-K with same bore diameter . But when produce double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearing at the same time. The bearing outer diameter with pillow block is clearance fit .

Seals

Lubricant
Bearing use oil lubricated or grease lubricated . Oil lubricated application on the high speed condition . The housing washer have the lubrication groove and hole to make the lubricating oil through the balls . On the high speed condition, At mounted process if separated the double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearing that can avoid the over lubricate for the cylindrical roller bearing .

Operating temperature
The operating temperature of double direction angular contact thrust ball bearings is -30℃~+150℃( limits for the greases )

Cages
Each row rolling element have one brass cage rolling element centred . The suffix of cage is M . The cage and the lubrication method have an important influence for the appropriate working speed .
